Course Terms and Conditions:
Redefine Fertility offers access to its program, Redefine Your Fertility subject to the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). By enrolling in or using our program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Intellectual Property
The content of the course, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Redefine Fertility or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or display the content of the health course without our prior written permission.
Use of Program
You may use Redefine Your Fertility for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not use our course in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful to us or any third party.
Refund Policy
Redefine Fertility does not offer refunds for this program under any circumstances.
Payment Plan Agreement
Payment plans must be completed through their entirety, you are agreeing to paying the entirety of the program of $2997 or $3150 if you are on a payment plan.

The information and advice provided in our course are intended for general educational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Limitation of Liability
In no event will Redefine Your Health be liable for any damages, including without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising out of the use of our health program or the inability to use our health program.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Dakota. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of South Dakota.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time and will update the "Last Updated" date above to reflect the date of the change. Your continued use of our course after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Medical Disclaimer
The Client understands that the role of the Health Practitioner is not to prescribe medication, medical services, or to diagnose, treat or cure any medical disease, condition, or other physical or mental diagnosed ailment of the human body.
Rather, the Practitioner is a mentor and guide who has been trained in nutrition & health consulting to help clients reach their own health goals by helping clients devise and implement positive, effective, and sustainable lifestyle changes based on the program provided.
The Client understands that any advice given by the Practitioner is not meant to take the place of advice by these professionals but instead to be an alternative or a complementary treatment.
If the Client is under the care of a healthcare professional or currently uses prescription medications, the Client should discuss any dietary changes or potential dietary supplements use with his or her doctor, and should not discontinue any prescription medications without first consulting his or her doctor.
The Client has chosen to work with the Practitioner and understands that the information received should not be seen as medical or nursing advice and is not meant to take the place of seeing licensed health professionals for issues that need immediate care.
Agreement and Release of Liability In consideration of being allowed to participate in the activities and programs and online consulting services offered by Redefine Fertility, and to use its programs and training, in addition to the payment of any fee or charge, I do hereby waive, release and forever discharge and hold harmless Redefine Fertility and its consultants, officers, agents, and employees from any and all responsibility, liability, cost, and expenses, including injuries or damages, resulting from my participation in any activities, or my use of any programs or online consulting services designed by Redefine
I do also hereby release Redefine Fertility and its consultants, officers, agents, and employees from any responsibility or liability for any injury, damage, or disorder (physical, metabolic, or otherwise) to myself, or in any way arising out of or connected with my participation in any activities with Redefine Fertility I understand and am aware that strength, flexibility, and aerobic exercise, including the use of equipment are potentially hazardous activities.
I also understand that fitness activities involve a risk of injury and even death and that I am voluntarily participating in these activities and using equipment and machinery with knowledge of the dangers involved. I hereby agree to expressly assume and accept any and all risks of injury or death related to said fitness activities.
In addition, I certify that I am 18 years of age or older. I do hereby further declare myself to be physically sound and suffering from no condition, impairment, disease, infirmity, or other illness that would affect nutrient metabolism or prevent my participation or use of equipment or machinery except as hereinafter stated.
I do hereby acknowledge that Redefine Fertility has recommended to me that I obtain a physician’s approval for my participation in an exercise/fitness activity or in the use of exercise equipment and machinery. I also acknowledge that Redefine Fertility has recommended that I have a yearly or more frequent physical examination and consultation with my physician as to physical activity, exercise, and use of exercise and training equipment so that I might have his/her recommendations concerning these fitness activities and equipment use.
I acknowledge that I have either had a physical examination and been given my physician’s permission to participate, or that I have decided to participate in an activity and use of equipment, machinery, and programs designed by Redefine Your Health without the approval of my physician and do hereby assume all responsibility for my participation and activities, and utilization of equipment and machinery in my activities.
Redefine Fertility, nutrition/health consulting programs are not meant to treat or manage any health condition.
Always consult with your healthcare provider prior to adjusting your current style of eating or beginning any new diet and/or training plan. In addition, I hereby represent and warrant that I am currently covered by an accident and health insurance policy.
