FAQ

1. I’m already eating healthy. How is this different?

Healthy eating is a great start, but if you’re still not pregnant, it means something deeper is going on.
Most “healthy” eating plans miss the mark on fertility-specific nutrients and metabolism support.
Fuel Your Fertility is built on my MOM Nutrition Framework, which focuses on healing your metabolism, optimizing nutrients for ovulation + progesterone, and creating a lifestyle that keeps your body in baby-making mode — without obsessing over calories or cutting out every food you love.

2. I have [PCOS / hypothyroid / endometriosis / unexplained infertility].
Will this still help me?

YES!!! Fuel Your Fertility works because it’s not a one-size-fits-all diet,  it’s a set of principles you apply to any diagnosis. 3. Will I need to buy a bunch of expensive foods or supplements?

 Absolutely not.
 If you can shop at your local grocery store, you can do this program. We focus on simple, quality upgrades to what you’re already eating. No $15 powders or exotic superfoods required, I even have a lesson inside on shopping on a budget.

4. What if I’m already working with a fertility doctor or doing treatments — can I still use this?

Yes, and honestly, I wish every fertility clinic gave their patients this information BEFORE fertility treatments.
The truth? Medications and treatments can stimulate your reproductive system, but they can’t make better-quality eggs or prepare your body to carry a pregnancy.

5. I’m not ready to get pregnant right this second — is it too early to start?

Not at all. In a perfect world, we would all be implementing this 6-12 months BEFORE TTC. The next best time to start is now ;)


6. How much time will this take each week?

The program itself is self-paced — most people watch the core lessons in a weekend and then just start applying the principles to their meals. I made sure to make the lessons short & action based, so most of your time is spent implementing, not watching hour long lessons.
When it comes to the actual food, you’re not spending hours meal prepping unless you want to. We’re talking quick swaps, easy recipes, and realistic planning that works even on your busiest weeks.



7. I’m a picky eater / my partner is picky — will the recipes work for us?

Yep. Everything I teach can be adapted.
You’ll learn the “why” behind each food or swap so you can make it fit your preferences (and your partner’s). And my recipes are kid- and hubby-approved.



8. Will I lose weight with this program?

If your body has weight to lose, yes! We focus on getting your body healthy enough to get (and stay) pregnant. For many women, healing metabolism and balancing hormones does lead to losing fat.



9. Do I need to track calories or macros?

Nope. Fuel Your Fertility is about learning how to eat in a way that naturally balances your hormones, without an app telling you how much you’re “allowed” to eat. I do have a tracking lesson included that is positioned in a way to learn more about what you’re eating by periodically tracking what you eat. This is about learning what fuels your body & fertility, not restriction.


10. What if I have food sensitivities or allergies?

You can still do this program. Because it’s built on principles and swaps, you’ll be able to make every meal work for your body — whether you’re dairy-free, gluten-free, or navigating other sensitivities.
